Heather Kryzak
Attorney Heather Kryzak is the owner of H. Kryzak Law. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and has extensive experience working alongside the immigrant community in a variety of legal and non-legal capacities.
As an attorney, Ms. Kryzak has represented hundreds of families and individuals in a wide range of family-based and humanitarian immigration cases. She has litigated over 50 Mandamus/APA lawsuits in Federal Courts in multiple states over unreasonable delay in immigration cases. She has won multiple appeals before the Office of Administrative Appeals for previously denied T and U visas for victims of crime and human trafficking.
Ms. Kryzak is motivated to practice immigration law by the stories of resilience and bravery that she has heard during her years working with immigrant communities. She is passionate about providing access to justice to the vibrant and hardworking immigrant communities of New Mexico, and about supporting families and individuals in their search for safety and opportunity.
Ms. Kryzak is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) as well as the New Mexico and D.C. Bar Associations and admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the District of New Mexico.
